Mr. O’Keefe is head of Corporate Development. Mr. O’Keefe has 28 years of senior executive level operational experience within the asset management industry centered on risk management. The risk management experience spans environmental, operational, revenue, financial, equity and credit, currency and commodity exposure related to investments across multiple asset classes including real estate. He has served as Founder and CEO of several start-ups in the healthcare, consumer internet and digital media businesses that were acquired by strategic buyers. He joined the Waterfield Group in 2014.  Mr. O’Keefe earned this experience in investment, trading, equity sales, fixed income and foreign exchange trading at major commercial and investment banks including CIBC, Lehman Brothers, Prudential, Citibank and Chemical Bank.  Mr. O’Keefe’s career has also worked as a Risk Assessment Specialist in Human Health and Environmental Risk Assessment for Groundwater Technology and Envirologic Data, two firms that pioneered risk-based remediation strategies while setting State and Federal standards for chemicals and substances naturally occurring in the environment. He holds a B.A in Chemistry and Biology from Bowdoin College.
