With more than 30 years of legal experience and 20 years of risk transfer consulting, George von Stamwitz has seen environmental risk in every conceivable business and regulatory context. He has provided strategic environmental evaluations and risk transfer design services to national and international companies and their existing legal advisors.  Mr. von Stamwitz has designed and implemented over 50 risk transfer transactions for both buyers and sellers and provided tactical advice on numerous portfolios of impaired properties.   Throughout his career, George has been an innovator in crafting financial solutions to environmental risk, particularly in creating adaptation at cost cap pollution legal liability and excess of indemnity insurance.
